We’re excited to announce our new 5-0-12 formulation — crafted with double the potassium found in many of our other All Natural Organic Turf fertilizers along with the same water insoluble nitrogen for a slow feed as turf grass stores up energy for the winter.

Hi Efficiency Calcitic Lime plus 2% Humic Acid
Soil pH correction is the foundation of any strong organic program. Cool season grasses grow best in a pH between 6.5-6.8. Below and above these ranges, important nutrients are bound in the soil making it difficult for grass to thrive.
Our enhanced lime, custom blended for us by SoluCal, works faster and more efficiently than traditional lime to change soil chemistry which in turn allows soil biology to proliferate. Benefits include:
- Raising soil pH and increasing Ca base saturation
- Supplying essential calcium and carbon
- Humates increase soil Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) and improves nutrient holding capacity
- 80% less product is required than standard limestone, saving both time and labor costs.
We recommend a soil test before applying lime to determine what type (calcitic vs dolomitic), rate and frequency. It can take up to 6 months to affect soil pH and often repeated applications are required for subsequent years.
Best application window: any time before the ground freezes.
